Who we are
We are Welford on Avon Parish Council. We own and run the website, https://syndermeadow.org.uk to support a project to plan, fund and build a new pavilion at Synder Meadow (the project).

Details submitted to Welford on Avon Parish Council for the purpose of donating to, or enquiring about, the project will be stored until 31 August 2026.
Details of users who sign up to the project mailing list will be kept on this list for as long as this list is maintained. We plan the list to be maintained until 31 August 2027.
What rights you have over your data
You can request the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Data from the website contact forms will be sent to and stored by Microsoft 365, the office system used by Welford on Avon Parish Council.
For users that register on the website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time by editing their user profile on the website (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
