Groundworks to level the site at Synder Meadow Pavilions were completed and piling began by the end of October. In a few short days they were in and the attenuation tank installed. The beginning of November saw foundation pads and beams dug and the rebar installed. With inspection now complete, the concrete pour can follow.

From a group of six candidates, Hinton Group were today formally appointed as primary contractor of the new pavilion on Synder Meadow.
Local residents, Parish Council members, a reporter from the Stratford Herald, and our very own MP, Manuela Perteghella, gathered to witness the demolition of the old clubhouse on Synder Meadow.
On Sunday 31 August 2025 at The Four Alls, over 50 of Welford’s community gathered to celebrate the construction of the new pavilion that is due to start in the coming weeks.
A pivotal milestone in realising Welford on Avon community’s vision for a modern pavilion and enhanced facilities, demolition of the existing building will begin on Thursday 4th September at 11 am.

Welford on Avon Parish Council has approved a spend of nearly £600,000 for pavilion construction at Synder Meadow. The project has been in the planning stages for nearly three years, but with funds approved, plans will become reality.
Plans, funds and contractor are ready for an autumn start to construction of the Synder Meadow pavilion in Welford on Avon.
